Seller was responsive and reached out to me to fix the issue. A new replacement was sent. A+ customer service.

A hole appeared on the first day of use within 500 miles. Traveled a total of 1811 miles in 3 days. Everything got wet because of the hole.

The straps are sturdy. The bag has a lot of space.

Survived 30 hour car trip with rain.

This thing saved my trip. It held all (ALL) of my family of 4's stuff for a week long trip (think bags, pillows, blankets, bedding and dog stuff...). Not only did it hold everything (EVERYTHING), it did so at 80mph in the pouring rain for 30 hours. It still looks new. Not a tear. Not a leak. Not a strap malfunction. It's possible that it's indestructible but don't quote me. My only suggestions are 1) that you keep in mind the wind will blow you a little more than usual with the added height and 2) to buy it without hesitation. Read More
